Extremely helpful during installation and during some issues I had as result of resetting the system to factory setting. In all fairness, the Tesla system was not compatible with the Lexus rear camera and the clock which Susan advised me upfront prior to the purchase - however, he included an AI camera for free which was not difficult to install, and was an upgrade (with dynamic guide lines & alerts) over the Lexus stock camera. Overall, my mark Leven system is upgraded with CarPlay functionality with the radio with flexibility to download apps as needed. The sound is comparable (Not as great as Mark Levinson head unit) but great replacement for 17 year old technology that came in with the system. Also I addedexternal mic for better sound quality.
